And this race? This race was something else. Our racers came out and faced the rain, the mud and the slippery roots of Fisher Farm Park. The day started with a very light drizzle and picked up after the first set of races. The 11-12 and 13-14 fields got the worst of the conditions and they still all came out and rocked it today.
All of you really are the toughest kids in the Carolinas. Photos are up on Facebook
The trail coordinator says that Fisher Farm is dry and the rain appears to be skirting us to the East. So we’re going to go racing kids! So let’s hope the rain stays that way but still be prepared in case it doesn’t. This is the weather after all.
Let’s do this!
That’s right, this Sunday 4/22 we will once again toe the start line at Fisher Farm Park all excited to hear the word “GO!”. Our series leaders will be working hard to stay ahead and all of our racers will be trying hard to get on the podium. Food will be provided by the fine folks at REI and Bicycle Sport.
We look forward to seeing you all there.
Sunday was another beautiful day at Fisher Farm Park. Congratulations to all our racers for another great day of racing. Check out the photos over on our Facebook page.
